Ben's Fine Furniture & Mattress Center guarantees the lowest price on any brand we carry. Shop  stores, online, or anywhere bring proof of price on same item(s) and we will beet the price by up to 10% Guaranteed!!! Excludes previous sales, layaway's, financing, and manufacturer's with minimum pricing structures.

Mattress Guarantee:

We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 45 days after delivery. (An increase in price requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer mattress set must be free of spills, stains, marks, human and/or pet bodily fluids.) All you have to pay is a $150 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses. Advanced sleep research has shown it may take several weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. If, after a minimum of 21 nights, you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 45th day from your original delivery date to make a one-time reselection. As one of Michigans largest bedding retailers, we will have the right comfort choice for you. Bedding returns can only be made when you reselect another mattress or set. Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.

Our Furniture Guarantee:

Furniture purchases are refundable for 15 days from delivery a 20% restocking fee applies. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call at 810-984-4215.

Custom & Special Orders:

Require a 25% deposit and can be canceled within 48 hours of the sale with a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellation, return or refund is subject to loss of deposit or 25% return fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call at 810-984-4515.

 As far as returns on Clearance Section items; all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)
