Is Delivery Really Free?

Yes!  At Ben's Fine Furniture & Mattress Center, there free curbside delivery on most furniture and mattress sets purchased online.



Where Does Ben's Deliver?

Ben's Fine Furniture & Mattress Center delivers anywhere in the Continental United States and Canada that is road accessible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or any location that is only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices.



Do you Have Layaway?

Yes, You may reserve the sale price of non-Clearance Center, regularly-stocked items and delay delivery for up to 6 months. A payment must be made every 30 days to keep the order in good standing or it may result in cancellation of the order. Merchandise on layaway is not physically held so the order may be canceled if the manufacturer discontinues the item(s). What if I don't like my mattress set?

We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 45 days after delivery. (An increase in price requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer mattress set must be free of spills, stains, marks, human and/or pet bodily fluids.) All you have to pay is a $150 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses. Advanced sleep research has shown it may take several weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. If, after a minimum of 21 nights, you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 45th day from your original delivery date to make a one-time reselection. As one of Michigan's largest bedding retailers, we will have the right comfort choice for you. Bedding returns can only be made when you reselect another mattress or set. Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.



 What is Ben's Return Policy?

Mattress Purchases please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.

Furniture purchases are refundable for 15 days from delivery a 20% restocking fee applies. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call at 810-984-4215.

Custom and Special Orders require a 25% deposit and can be canceled within 48 hours of the sale with a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellation, return or refund is subject to loss of deposit or 25% return fee which ever is greater up to 50% . Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Clearance Section Items all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)
